The Education Collaborative
The Education Collaborative was founded in September 2020 by Agha Haider, a then senior at Whitfield School in St. Louis, Missouri. Agha began his first 501(c)3 non-profit organization, the Literacy Initiative, at the age of 13. Since Agha founded the Literacy Initiative in 2017, the organization has distributed over 35,000 books, supported over 27,000 disadvantaged youth, and provided over 6,000 meals to economically disadvantaged families.
After having the opportunity to work under the Literacy Initiative for 4 years, Agha decided that he wanted to do something even bigger and that's how The Education Collaborative was born.
